Background

Patrick Billiter’s career started with PepsiCo Taco Bell in Orange County as a Finance and Accounting Manager.  Patrick rose through the ranks and garnered  extensive experience in public companies including Gateway, Fidelity, Aramark, Experian and Sodexo. Throughout Patrick’s career, he has held leadership roles with responsibilities for revenue ranging from $25 million to $1.5 billion.   In each of these roles, Patrick was brought in to make significant improvements in the operational and financial reporting via technology which identified key metrics that impacted the business.  Patrick developed and upgraded the talent within these organizations making them world class in managing costs while  dramatically increasing both revenue and EBITDA.  

In his role as a consulting CFO, Patrick brings his broad and capable experience to enable his clients to improve their reporting, develop and analyze forecasts, lead mergers and acquisitions, integrate new technologies, generate and monitor key performance indicators, to assist owners and executives in managing their business.
